How to be a Respected

Respected get some better access to tool than normal member, also a lot more work. Get the ability to vote kick in case nobody in the server.

Requirement:
You must be as least 14 year old.
Can speak English.
Played for 1 week.

Optional: (Thing that boosted your chance)
Have as least some useful posts to the forum.
Have Mod or Admin recommended you.
Invited some friend to the server, have them confirm this.
